Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Digital Marketing Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling our digital marketing services (including SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, Web Development, and Content Strategy) to prospective clients. In this role, you will identify potential business opportunities, present tailored digital strategies, manage client relationships, and close deals to hit revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify recent business leads through cold outreach, networking, digital channels, and follow-ups.
- Understand client business goals, target audiences, and current digital presence to position appropriate marketing solutions.
- Conduct pitch presentations, sales demonstrations, and strategy discussions with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.

2. Solution Pitching & Proposal Creation
- Collaborate with internal strategy and technical teams to craft tailored digital marketing proposals and pitch decks.




- Present clear ROI projections, service scopes, and pricing structures to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, service agreements, and deliverables to secure long-term client partnerships.

3. Account Management & Client Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase before transitioning accounts to project managers.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities (e.g., adding PPC or SEO to existing web development clients).
- Ensure client satisfaction by aligning performance metrics with their expectations.

4. Pipeline & Reporting
- Track and manage sales activities, leads, and deal statuses using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitive pricing, and industry developments.
