Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and company quotas while managing resource

Lead, train, and coach shift personnel. Assign daily tasks, manage performance reviews, and handle any disciplinary actions or employee relations.

Ensure all manufactured goods meet strict specifications and company quality standards. Document output and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Monitor machinery function, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventative maintenance programs.

Compile data on key performance indicators (KPIs), material usage,



and production metrics to present reports to senior management.

2 to 5 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment capabilities, and supply chain/inventory management systems.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and lead a diverse team in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
