We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Team Leader to lead a telesales team and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20–30 telesales executives with 2–3 Team Leaders
- Drive productivity, lead generation & sales targets
- Plan and execute BTL activities, campaigns & promotions
- Monitor daily operations and performance
- Recruit, train & motivate team members
- Manage reporting, backend operations & performance tracking
Eligibility:
1+ year experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader
Mandatory experience in the Insurance sector
3–6 years overall experience in Sales
Robust leadership & communication skills
Graduate preferred
