Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 4+ years of implementation and 4+ end to end implementation. The candidate should have robust functional knowledge of Business Central/NAV, excellent client communication skills, and experience in gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, preparing functional documents, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and recommend Business Central solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and fit-gap analysis.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and process flow documents.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business requirements.
- Perform CRP/UAT demonstrations and obtain customer sign-off.
- Prepare test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and integrations.
- Validate custom developments before deployment.




- Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals.
- Support data migration, master data validation, and Go-Live activities.
- Provide post Go-Live support and resolve functional issues.
- Assist the sales and presales team during solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Pay: ₹428,096.34 - ₹1,693,606.93 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- BC Functional Consultant: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:
- Functional Consul
