About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales team by understanding client requirements, demonstrating our SaaS eCommerce solutions, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers. You will be a key link between our technical and sales teams, helping prospects understand how our platform can meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Client Engagement:

Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and qualify leads.

Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations:

Conduct online and in-person demos of the SaaS eCommerce platform.

Prepare customized presentations and product walkthroughs based on client requirements.

Provide product insights and recommendations based on customer pain points.
- Onboarding & Support:





Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth implementation of the platform. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sales transition.
- Market & Competitive Research:

Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role (SaaS/eCommerce experience preferred).
- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
- Work closely with the Product Team for product and feature enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or tech sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, APIs, and integrations.
