This role requires working from our office 2-3x a week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable ETL pipelines to




- support our enterprise data warehouse and analytical needs.
- Build scalable data models to support real-time transaction monitoring,
- reconciliation, chargeback tracking, and fraud analysis.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to understand business
- requirements and translate them into actionable data models and
- reports.
- Manage and optimize large-scale data systems using Oracle and SQL
- Server.
- Integrate and normalize payment data from diverse platforms (e.g.,
- Worldpay, Adyen, Stripe).
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies between systems to
- support timely reconciliation and root cause analysis.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor approval rates, decline
- reasons, dispute trends, and interchange fee performance.
- Drive automation in payment reporting processes to reduce manual
- effort and improve accuracy.
- Maintain documentation of ETL workflows, data dictionaries, and
