Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: C-14(P) & C-23(P, Industrial Focal Point, Raikot, Punjab 141109

1. Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
- Strong knowledge of G-code, CAD/CAM, and GD&T.;

2. Experience
- 2–5 years of CNC programming experience.

3. Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs using CAM software.
- Create or import the 2D/3D model of the component.
- Run virtual simulations to check for collisions, tool errors, or inefficiencies.
- Load program, set tools and work offsets, perform trial runs, and finalise production.
- Apply deep knowledge of materials to select correct cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling.
- Collaborate with operators to ensure smooth production.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest improvements.

4. Skill Set
- Strong knowledge of G-code, CAD/CAM, and GD&T.;
- Quality Control Practices:



Implement and maintain the Quality processes
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with the team, the customer and external product and service providers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in team
- Problem solving abilities: Ability to solve problems encountered at work also help the team to resolve their problems
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Technical bent of mind to reach the root cause of the problem and troubleshoot the same Excellent verbal communication skills and Proficient in drafting explicit and concise, and professional emails for internal and external communication

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
