Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused School Mentor to support students enrolled in our Integrated School Program, which combines NEET, JEE, and Class 11–12 Board examination preparation.

The School Mentor will be responsible for monitoring students’ academic progress, providing guidance and mentorship, coordinating academic interventions, communicating with parents, and ensuring that students remain on track to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Monitoring & Evaluation
- Monitor student performance through DPPs, chapter-wise tests, weekly assessments, and other academic evaluations.
- Analyze test results and identify students who require additional academic support.
- Plan and implement weekly interventions for underperforming students.
- Track individual student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure students maintain a balanced focus on Board examinations and NEET/JEE preparation.




- Maintain accurate records of academic performance and progress.

2. Academic Support & Coordination
- Follow the academic timetable and yearly academic plan provided by the Academic Coordinator.
- Guide students in improving conceptual understanding, study habits, and examination performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate doubt-clearing sessions.
- Provide regular academic feedback and personalized guidance.
- Coordinate with faculty members to address students’ academic requirements.
- Maintain student progress reports, academic logs, and related documentation.

3. Student Mentoring & Well-being
- Mentor, motivate, and encourage students to consistently work toward their academic goals.
- Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, behavior, and overall development.
- Encourage disciplined study routines and effective time management.
