Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day farm operations and field activities
- Plan and monitor natural farming practices and crop cycles
- Lead farm workers and manage productivity
- Monitor irrigation, soil health, crops and livestock activities
- Maintain farm records, inputs and production reports
- Drive sustainable and efficient farming practices
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in farming, agriculture or farm management
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Practical knowledge of natural/organic farming
- Willingness to work closely with the field team
