Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Account Manager with 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires frequent customer visits, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify current business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting activities.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits, and business reviews.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and services.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records in CRM systems.
- Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
