Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Jadcherla. The Human Resources Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining personnel records, and managing HR documentation and compliance. The role involves supporting recruitment activities,



coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and assisting with workforce planning. The person in this position will administer attendance and leave management, coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team, and help implement HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting employee engagement initiatives, addressing routine employee queries, assisting in performance management processes, and collaborating with managers to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR operations, including onboarding, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, such as sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Familiarity with attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination, along with understanding of HR compliance requirements.
