Key Responsibilities

*Credit Assessment: Analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and credit scores to determine an applicant's creditworthiness.

*Risk Management: Approve or decline credit lines and loan requests within authorized financial limits.

*Policy Compliance: Ensure all underwriting and lending operations follow internal rules and legal regulations.

*Portfolio Monitoring: Track active accounts, review loan utilization, and manage collections or overdue payments.

*Cross-Functional Support: Work with sales, legal, and finance teams to set suitable customer payment terms.

Job Requirements

*Education: Bachelors degree in any stream

*Experience: 0 to 2 years of background in credit analysis, commercial lending, or financial operations.

*Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read financial statements, compute ratios, and assess market risk.

*Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel, and database systems.

*Soft Skills: Positive communication, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
