Role Summary:- SandMartin is hiring a dynamic Team Leader Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring across Finance & Accounts Outsourcing, BPO-KPO, Call Centre, and support functions. This role needs someone who gets modern hiringAI-driven sourcing, smart automation, and high-velocity closureswhile leading a small team to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hiring across entry, mid, and senior levels (operations + support functions)
- Use advanced AI-based hiring platforms for sourcing, screening, assessments, and pipeline management
- Drive sourcing across job portals (Naukri/Monster), LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and AI-based channels
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, offer management, and onboarding
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters and ensure documentation accuracy
- Lead induction, basic training, and early-stage employee engagement for new hires




- Build and maintain hiring dashboards and performance metrics for leadership
- Ensure strong collaboration with business leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring forecasts

Required Experience
- 4-7 years of strong recruitment experience in Finance & Accounts Outsourcing, BPO-KPO, Call Centres, or similar high-volume hiring environments
- Must have hands-on exposure to HRMS/ATS platforms and AI-driven hiring tools
- Experience leading a team or managing junior recruiters
- Solid understanding of talent pipelines for F&A;, operations, customer service, and support roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Good-to-Have
- Experience hiring for BPO/KPO/back-office or professional services environment.
- Experience working with strict TAT and high-volume roles.
- Stakeholder management experience with mid-level managers.
