Responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing technical issues, ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, and coordinating with service and OEM teams for timely claim resolution.
Required Skills
- Experience in automobile service/warranty operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Knowledge of OEM warranty policies and claim processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Valuable MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, service teams, and OEM representatives.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
