Role Overview:

Take end-to-end ownership of the upkeep and soft services of an assigned building within a large multi-building campus, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, aesthetics and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the assigned building.
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, shifting and other soft services.
- Conduct regular building rounds to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, aesthetics and service standards.
- Ensure readiness of meeting rooms, conference rooms, business centres, common areas and other facilities.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Security and other teams for timely issue resolution.
- Manage vendors and third-party service providers, including manpower, SLAs, quality and performance.




- Address employee / occupant concerns and ensure timely complaint resolution and feedback closure.
- Coordinate requirements for VVIP visits, events and special activities.
- Monitor safety, compliance, audits, MIS, consumables and service performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate; Hotel Management / Facility Management preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience in Facility Management, Soft Services, Corporate Services, Hospitality or Building Operations.
- Experience managing a building / facility within a large campus, commercial property, IT park, hotel, plant or similar setting preferred.
- Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, service orientation and problem-solving skills.
