KeyResponsibilities
- Engineering Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams across multiple product domains.
- Engineering Culture: Establish a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Engineering Strategy: Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with product vision and business objectives.
- Engineering Practices: Drive adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure as Code, and contemporary engineering practices.
- Product Delivery: Own end-to-end engineering delivery and ensure predictable, high-quality, and timely product releases.
- Product Partnership: Partner with Product Management to align engineering execution with business priorities and customer outcomes.
- AI-Augmented Engineering: Drive adoption of AI-powered tools across development, testing,



architecture, operations, documentation, and engineering workflows.
- AI Governance: Establish secure, responsible, and effective AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction across distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, scalability, resilience, security, and observability.
- Platform Engineering: Build scalable engineering platforms and improve developer productivity, automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Engineering Metrics: Define and track engineering productivity, delivery, quality, reliability, security, and operational metrics.
- Engineering Governance: Establish engineering standards, architecture practices, technical governance, and reporting mechanisms.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, Data, QA, DevOps, Security, Business, and Operations teams.
