We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to support the growth and distribution of our premium tea products across Siliguri and nearby markets.

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retailers, distributors, dealers, hotels, cafés and other potential business customers, generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new retailers, distributors, dealers and business customers.
- Promote and sell our range of tea products.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Visit assigned markets and develop new sales opportunities.
- Take orders and coordinate with the team for timely fulfilment.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments and repeat purchases.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activity.
- Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements




- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Comfortable travelling across Siliguri and nearby areas for business meetings and customer visits.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and smartphone applications.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Tea, Food & Beverage, Retail or Distributor Sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.

Experience

0–2 years of sales experience preferred.

Education

Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
