Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, maintain solid client relationships, support marketing activities, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and healthy relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding requirements, queries, feedback, and ongoing projects.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Manage social media activities and support the company's online presence.
- Assist in creating and coordinating social media creatives and marketing content.
- Support lead generation through social media, online platforms, networking, and follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams when required.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience is required.
- Candidates with experience in customer relationship management, sales, or marketing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
