About the Role

IndiGo Marketplaces is building one of Indias leading travel and lifestyle commerce ecosystems. The Head of Product & Growth will own product vision, execution, growth, platform evolution and organizational capability across the Marketplace ecosystem.

The Chance

This is not a traditional product role. The successful candidate will operate as a business leader, product strategist, delivery driver and growth catalyst, balancing commercial outcomes, customer experience and technology execution.

Marketplace Platform Ownership

Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, platform performance, customer experience, scalability, adoption, retention and revenue growth across marketplace businesses.

Business Expansion & New Product Development

Lead identification,



development and launch of recent digital commerce products, services and customer propositions aligned with long-term Marketplace strategy. Drive initiatives from concept through commercialization, including opportunity assessment, problem discovery, business case development, stakeholder alignment, launch execution and scaling.

Growth, Conversion & Commercial Performance

Own conversion, revenue growth, attach rates, customer engagement, retention, loyalty, funnel optimization and experimentation programs. Drive measurable business outcomes through data-led decision making.

Technical & Delivery Governance

Challenge delivery timelines, evaluate technical trade-offs, understand APIs, integrations and platform architecture, improve delivery predictability and accelerate time-to-market without compromising quality.

Stakeholder Leadership & Influence

Influence without authority across Technol
