Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources. Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site regulations. Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed. Assist in quantity measurements, material requirements,



and estimation when required. Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, and work progress. Resolve day-to-day technical and site-related issues in coordination with the concerned team. Ensure the project is completed according to quality, cost, safety, and schedule requirements. Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field. Previous experience in construction/project site supervision preferred. Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Positive communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering software. Strong problem-solving and site-management skills.
