Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Tender Executive
with good working knowledge of
Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
and various
e-Tender portals
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and tracking the complete tender lifecycle from chance identification to order/contract execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Analysis
- Search and identify relevant tenders on
GeM
and various government/private e-Tender portals.
- Regularly monitor tender portals for new opportunities, corrigenda, extensions, and bid updates.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, tender fees, and commercial terms.




- Evaluate tender requirements and determine bid eligibility in coordination with management.

2. GeM Portal Management
- Handle day-to-day activities on the
Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
portal.
- Search for relevant bids and participate in GeM bidding/reverse auction processes.
- Prepare and upload required technical and commercial documents.
- Manage GeM bid submissions, clarifications, amendments, and order-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product/service details, pricing, certificates, and compliance documents.

3. E-Tender Portal Management
- Handle tender submissions through government and other e-Tender portals.
- Manage portal registrations, bidder profiles, DSC, and required credentials.
- Download tender documents and maintain proper tender records.
- Complete online technical and financial bid submissions within deadlines.
- Monitor tender status, technical evaluation, financial opening, negotiations, and results.
