Employment Type:
- The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving admissions, managing student inquiries, and supporting the overall growth of Hexanova Tech Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an ability to build rapport with students and parents, and a goal-driven mindset to achieve enrolment targets.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiry calls, generate leads, and manage walk-ins effectively.
- Handle walk-ins for other BDE in their absence and ensure prompt support.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to help students and parents identify academic interests and career goals.
- Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about the courses and programs offered by Hexanova Tech Solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with students throughout the application and admission process.
- Provide post-admission follow-up to ensure student onboarding and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets and conversion metrics.
- Encourage admissions through effective follow-up and relationship building. Maintain detailed documentation of interactions with prospective students.
- Ensure proper data entry and reporting to support transparency and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Hexanova Tech Solutions’ academic counselling services.
- Support the overall growth and development of the admissions & business development team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
