Job Description

We are looking for a
Saviynt IAM professional with 2–4 years of experience
to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) operations and enterprise identity services.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting identity lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, application onboarding, troubleshooting and day-to-day Saviynt operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for
Saviynt IGA
platform.
- Manage user identity lifecycle activities including joiner, mover and leaver processes.
- Handle access requests, approvals, provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Support periodic
access certification/access review
activities.
- Support application onboarding and integration within Saviynt.
- Troubleshoot identity and access-related incidents and service requests.
- Work with application owners,



infrastructure teams and security teams for IAM-related issues.
- Support role/access management and identity governance processes.
- Perform issue analysis and participate in incident, problem and change management.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.
- Work in rotational shifts and meet defined SLA requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant Saviynt experience.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA
.
- Positive understanding of IAM / IGA concepts.
- Experience in identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with access request and approval workflows.
- Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Knowledge of access certification/review processes.
- Experience troubleshooting IAM incidents.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have
- Saviynt certification.
