What’s the role

The Reporting & Accounting Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of reporting and accounting activities that support internal and external reporting requirements, business appraisal processes and financial decision-making. The role leads complex reporting operations, drives process improvements and ensures the quality, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting outputs.

The role partners closely with Reporting & Accounting Managers, Finance Leadership, Group Reporting and other finance stakeholders to strengthen reporting effectiveness, resolve reporting issues and improve end-to-end reporting processes. The role is expected to lead transformation initiatives, develop finance talent and embed best practices that enhance reporting quality, operational performance and financial stewardship.





The ideal candidate is an experienced reporting and accounting leader who combines robust technical expertise with operational leadership and continuous improvement capability. They are comfortable managing complex reporting environments, driving transformation and developing finance talent while maintaining high standards of governance, control and delivery excellence. They build trusted stakeholder relationships, solve complex reporting challenges and inspire teams to achieve sustainable performance and continuous improvement.
