Work directly with the Founder while gaining hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, business operations, and strategy.What You’ll Do
- Draft and post job openings; screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Manage HR documentation including offer letters, agreements, and records
- Assist the founder and Manager with daily tasks, coordination, and execution of priorities
- Oversee overall office management and operations
- Schedule and manage internal and external meetings
- Draft and send official communication on behalf of the founder and manager
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and salary calculations

Who Can Apply?
- BBA, BMS, BBM, HR, Commerce, Management, or related students/graduates
- Strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

Experiance : 1 - 5 year

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
