Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Bid Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage the endto-end bidding process and support business growth. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bid Manager who can independently manage the complete bid lifecycle — from searching and identifying relevant tenders to final submission.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently search and identify relevant Government/PSU IT/ITES tenders, RFPs, RFQs and EOIs.

Take end-to-end ownership of bids from tender evaluation to final submission.

Review RFPs, check eligibility, prepare PQ/TQ and compliance matrices, and identify gaps/risks.

Coordinate with Technical, Finance, Legal, HR, Presales, OEMs and partners for required inputs and documents.

Prepare and manage all bid-related documents, including pre-bid queries, undertakings, declarations and compliance documents.

Ensure accuracy,



completeness and timely submission of all bids.

Track amendments, corrigenda, deadlines and manage post-bid clarifications whenever required.

Manage multiple bids simultaneously and deliver effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.

Maintain proper records and provide regular updates on bid status and opportunities.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Government/PSU tendering process.

Good knowledge of RFP/PQ/TQ/compliance requirements.

Strong coordination, communication and documentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.

Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals preferred.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Bid Management/Proposal Management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
