Role Summary

The CNC Plasma Operator is responsible for operating CNC plasma cutting machines to cut steel plates and structural components accurately as per fabrication drawings and nesting programs, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting layouts, and nesting programs.
- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines as per job requirements.
- Load plates, set zero points, select correct programs, and monitor cutting operations.
- Adjust cutting parameters (current, speed, gas pressure) for different plate thicknesses.
- Inspect cut parts for accuracy, edge quality, bevels, and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, nozzle/electrode replacement, and cleaning.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and fabrication teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain cutting records and ensure minimum material wastage.
- Follow safety standards and maintain proper housekeeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,272.99 - ₹30,289.90 per month
