Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles across multiple levels
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
- Meet hiring timelines and quality benchmarks

HR Operations (30%)
- Manage onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance activities
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR policies




- Handle basic employee relations and day-to-day HR querie

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of solid experience in HR with solid focus on Talent Acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven stability in career with long-term associations in previous roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good exposure to HR operations and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
