About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content for digital campaigns, social media, brand films, advertisements, and marketing communications. The role requires strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in editing software, and a deep understanding of platform-specific content formats.

Key Responsibilities

● Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital advertising, performance marketing campaigns,

brand films, and corporate communications.

● Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

● Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Graphic Designers, and

Account Managers to deliver campaign objectives.

● Incorporate sound effects, music, and color grading to enhance video quality.

● Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, campaign strategies, and client expectations.





● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

● Stay updated on emerging video trends, editing techniques, platform algorithms, and industry

best practices.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in an advertising agency, digital agency,

production house, or creative environment.

● Proficiency in:

○ Adobe Premiere Pro

○ Adobe After Effects

○ Adobe Media Encoder

● Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition.

● Knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and video optimization.

● Ability to edit videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5, etc.).

● Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

● Excellent time management and project management skil
