Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service, and security.
- Oversee daily activities of the branch team to achieve targets and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Foster robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
- Strong understanding of branch handling, branch management, branch operations, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), retail liabilities, and retail sales principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
