Looking for an experienced *Purchase Executive* to manage procurement activities for engineering and manufacturing requirements. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, quotation comparison, price negotiation, purchase orders, material follow-up, and ensuring timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities

* Source and develop reliable vendors for engineering and manufacturing materials.

* Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers.

* Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.

* Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).

* Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and other departments.

* Verify material specifications, quantity, rates, and delivery terms.





* Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and POs.

* Handle urgent purchase requirements to avoid production delays.

* Coordinate with vendors for material shortages, rejection, replacement, and quality issues.

* Monitor pending orders and maintain purchase status reports.

* Develop alternate suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and delivery.

* Ensure procurement is completed as per company requirements and approved budgets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
