Role & responsibilities

Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers across business segments.
- Develop management presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and strategic targets.

Revenue MIS & Business Analytics
- Prepare and maintain detailed Revenue MIS across all product lines, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, and other wealth products.
- Track product-wise, region-wise, and channel-wise revenue performance.
- Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.

AUM Analytics




- Build and maintain comprehensive Assets Under Management (AUM) dashboards.
- Track AUM movements, inflows, outflows, market appreciation/depreciation, and net recent assets.
- Perform product-wise, segment-wise, branch-wise, and RM-wise AUM analysis.
- Support management with AUM forecasts and growth projections.

RM Performance Reporting
- Build and maintain RM-level Performance Scorecards covering:
- Revenue achievement
- AUM growth
- Client acquisition
- Product penetration
- Productivity metrics
- Incentive-linked KPIs
- Generate periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Provide insights into top and bottom performers and identify improvement opportunities.
