Graphic Designer

Brief about Role: We're looking for a designer who can think both visually and functionally someone with a robust eye for aesthetics and an understanding of user-first digital design. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of UI/UX and graphic design, ideal for individuals who enjoy crafting beautiful experiences across digital and offline touchpoints. Whether youre a recent graduate with an outstanding portfolio or a designer with agency exposure, this role gives you the opportunity to shape a national brand from the inside out.

Roles & Responsibilities: • UI/UX Design (For websites, landing pages, and mobile apps) o Design clean, user-centric interfaces that align with Ozones brand identity. o Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. o Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure smooth handovers. o Test and refine designs based on user behavior and feedback. • Graphic Design (For brand campaigns, digital commerce, and offline assets) o Create visual assets for: Marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms (e.g. PLIs,



A+ Content) Digital campaigns, social posts, banners, emailers, and landing pages Brochures, flyers, standees, packaging, GSBs, and POS branding o Work closely with copywriters and content teams to translate briefs into visual stories. o Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and formats The responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the company's needs.

Technical Competencies: • UI/UX Design (Wireframing, Prototyping, Figma/Adobe XD) • Digital & Print Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Brand Identity & Visual Consistency • E-Commerce & Marketplace Asset Creation (PLIs, A+ Content, Social Media) • Motion Design & Video Editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro - Preferred)
