We are looking for an active, energetic, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive (Male/Female) to join our team.

Key Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and customer queries efficiently.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related enquiries.
- Manage high call volumes and respond to customers promptly.
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Day scholars preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
