Role Description
The Enterprise AI Products Manager is a full-time, on-site role at our citimedia office based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for our products Daisy Intelligence , planetgeo.ai , Brainfx ,Nugget.ai’s end to end etc. This role manages project scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring implementations are on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. The AI Delivery Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, including AI Engineers data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders, to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans. Day-to-day activities include leading status meetings, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication and expectations with all parties. The role also involves engaging in client consulting discussions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that delivered solutions provide measurable value and strong user adoption.

Qualifications




- 5-10 years of Strong IT/ AI Products delivery and analytical skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Program management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting complex concepts clearly, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Team management capabilities to lead cross-functional groups, motivate team members, and foster a collaborative delivery workplace.
- Consulting skills to understand client needs, recommend AI solutions, and guide organizations through change and adoption.
- Experience delivering AI, data, or SaaS products, preferably in talent management, HR tech, or enterprise software environments.
