Area Sales Officer – Modern Trade

Industry: FMCG – Food | Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an Area Sales Officer – Modern Trade with experience in FMCG Food sales, preferably handling DMart, along with good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve sales targets across Modern Trade outlets in Delhi NCR.
- Handle DMart / V-Mart stores and ensure product availability, visibility and sales growth.
- Manage primary & secondary sales, stock and replenishment.
- Coordinate with distributors, stores and internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Execute schemes, promotions, merchandising and in-store visibility.
- Conduct regular store/market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS and track territory performance.

Candidate Requirements
- FMCG / Food industry experience is mandatory.




- Experience handling DMart or V-Mart is preferred; DMart experience will be an added advantage.
- Should have handled Delhi NCR territory.
- Valuable knowledge of Modern Trade operations, distribution and merchandising.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in DMart, V-Mart or similar Modern Trade accounts within the FMCG Food industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
