Role & responsibilities

*Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

*Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

*Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

*Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.

*Manage budgeting, cash flow, and working capital.

*Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking *operations.

*Ensure payroll accounting and statutory deductions.

*Implement and monitor financial controls and SOPs.

*Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Accounts & Taxation team.

*Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-*making.

*Documentation On Exports ( Good to Know)

*Mange tex-invoice and shipping bills

Requirements and skills




- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Robust attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
