Objective of the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to own and scaleViolet Infosystems’ marketing engine across digital, content, and demand-generation channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who can think GTM strategy and roll up their sleeves to deliverpipeline — someone who understands the B2B SaaS and HRTech buyer, can build a brand thatresonates with CHROs and L&D; leaders, and can turn marketing into a measurable revenuecontributor.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the full marketing function — from positioning and content todigital campaigns, lead generation, and brand.



You will own the marketing calendar, manage budgetsand external partners, mentor junior team members and interns, and work closely with Sales andProduct to drive qualified pipeline. You will be measured on demand generation, brand growth, andmarketing’s contribution to revenue. If you want ownership of a marketing function in a fast-growingSaaS company — not just a slot in a large team — this is the role.

Key Responsibilities

*Strategy & Go-To-Market*
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Violet’s SaaS and AI-led products
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for current features and product launches
- Build and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against ROI

*Demand Generation & Digital*
- Drive multi-channel demand generation across LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid media, and webinars
