ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysing customer-provided schematics, drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed plans for the design, assembly, and integration of electro-mechanical systems
- Lead and manage full wiring harness specifications, oversee the physical build process, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Performing technical feasibility assessments and generate critical inputs (cost estimates, risks, timelines) for RFQs to support recent business acquisition.
- Conduct BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, and maintenance; own the Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes to keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Preparing essential production documentation, including PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Flow Diagrams (MFD), and other process control documents
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (project management, quality, supply chain, and production)



to ensure on-time project delivery and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Resolve technical issues and complex engineering problems efficiently.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments, risk analysis, cost estimation, and timeline planning for RFQs to support new business acquisition
