Project Manager (Construction Management)

BE (Civil) above 12 to 15 years’ experience in Construction Industry. Candidates are preferred from

Bangalore Location Only. The Job Profile is as under: -

· Strategically planning the bigger projects. Set target & planning in line with overall business needs. Directing manpower towards assigned responsibilities & targets, Control the cost, quality & time of the Project.

· Construction Management & Co-Ordination on & off site – planning, scheduling & control of tasks by contractors’ material inspection & testing, construction & erection monitoring inspection and supervision of commissioning guiding and knowledge of BOQ’s Drawings thorough knowledge of civil construction etc. Guiding and knowledge of BOQs and drawings and through knowledge of civil constructions etc.,

· To handle the Project independently.



In charge for implementation for the Project & ensure timelines and quality construction. Supervises and monitor all activities conducted on site from excavation to Project handover including MEP & other co-ordinations.

· Execution vs plan vs delay vs cost impact and Non – Tender items etc

To manage 2 to three projects at a time having experience working in PMC companies
