Glopbe is looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for our IT services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound lead generation and be confident in communicating with international prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through
LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound channels
.
- Research and identify relevant prospects and decision-makers in target markets.
- Generate qualified leads for IT and software development services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Connect with international prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Understand basic client requirements and effectively introduce our services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.




- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development.
- Prior experience in the IT Services industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and cold calling
.
- Experience in generating leads from
international markets
.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid research, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of
IT services, web development, and software development services
.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
