Role Description





The Licensed Therapist role is a full time remote position providing online mental health services to clients across India through the Where’s My Therapist platform. In this role, the therapist conducts individual counseling sessions, completes thorough assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. Day-to-day work includes maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with the platform’s team to ensure high-quality, ethical care. The therapist supports clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and other emotional or psychological concerns, and may also participate in workplace wellness initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs as needed. The role requires adherence to professional standards, active participation in supervision or peer consultation, and comfort working with technology in a secure telehealth environment.
