Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a Customer Delight Executive. The role involves interacting with customers and families, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, empathetic information about cord blood banking services and procedures.



The Customer Delight Executive will handle customer support calls and messages, manage follow-ups, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. The role requires consistent adherence to quality standards, skilled conduct, and a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive experience.
