Role Description
The Associate Program Manager is a full time in office role based in Sohna Road, Gurgaon. This role involves coordinating and managing programs, including scheduling classes, overseeing student experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Associate Program Manager will collaborate with teachers and volunteers to support curriculum delivery, track learner progress, and address student queries.

Responsibilities also include gathering feedback,



preparing basic reports on program performance, and assisting in organizing events, workshops, and outreach activities. The role requires close communication with internal teams to maintain high-quality learning experiences and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, tasks, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and volunteers.
- Basic understanding of programming or technology education and an interest in helping learners succeed.
