Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for Bosch Electricals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and accurate inventory management while driving operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch, productivity, and order fulfillment.
- Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.




- Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material flow to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization techniques.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials while maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Monitor manpower planning, shift management, and workforce productivity.
- Handle customer and internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Control warehouse operating costs while maintaining service levels.
- Identify process improvements through data analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
