About the Role

HostKicker WorkPlace Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Panaji. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and understand their requirements.
- Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional standards.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working the night shift.
- Must have own vehicle.
