Job Duties
- Support in Customer, Contract and Project set ups and maintenance
- Process Expenses Reports.
- DQC (Processes Financial Statements).
- Prepare Engagement Letters and create workflows in Tax Userverse
- Upload the letters in Data base (Agiloft)
- Create Purchase Requisites
- Time entry and corrections
- Create Business cards for the US team
- Assessing the DocUsign
- Auditing and formatting PPTs for Audits wrap ups and Rep letters
- Checking shared mailboxes and segregating the mail between US and RISE teams
- Preparation of various customer-oriented reports.
- Screening the compliance check for Clients and Projects (OFAC)
- Assist in other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications: B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA or Equivalent.

Experience: 2-4 Yrs.

Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex issues, ability to analyze and organize high volumes of data, ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels.





Software:
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Experience with ServiceNow or scheduling software program, preferred
