Position Overview

Valzo Soft Solutions is seeking an experienced and sales-driven Account Manager to manage and grow our Tech-M US IT Staffing account. This is not a pure recruitment or delivery role. The selected candidate should bring proven experience managing large enterprise staffing accounts, with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills that support requirement flow, interviews, consultant conversions, and placements.

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing the account, generating staffing opportunities, managing portal-based requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, and achieving consistent consultant placements and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the Tech-M account for US IT staffing requirements.
- Drive requirement generation and improve consultant conversions through solid stakeholder engagement.




- Build and grow relationships with client-side delivery managers, hiring managers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Work actively on Tech-M and related VMS/MSP staffing portals.
- Identify open positions, distribute requirements to recruiters, and prioritize high-conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with US IT recruiters to ensure timely and qualified candidate submissions.
- Follow up on candidate reviews, interview scheduling, feedback, selection, and onboarding.
- Negotiate bill rates, margins, contract terms, and consultant start dates.
- Monitor the complete staffing lifecycle—from requirement identification through placement and consultant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, submissions, interviews, closures, and account revenue.
- Develop strategies to increase monthly placements, consultant headcount, and overall account profitability.
