Job Title: Interior Designer

Company: Habitat Design & Arts Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Noida Office (Full-Time, In-Office)

Experience: 4 to 8

Compensation: Rs. 40,000 to 60,000 per month

About the Role: creative ideation, spatial storytelling, and 3D visualization for corporate offices and commercial environments. Focus entirely on aesthetics and creative innovation while a dedicated technical team handles detailed working drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Concept Design & Color Theory: Develop creative concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and color schemes aligning with client brands.
- 3D Visualization & Space Planning: Build detailed spatial models in SketchUp and produce high-quality renders/walkthroughs using Enscape or V-Ray.
- Client Presentation: Lead design pitches, effectively communicating design philosophy, color harmony, and material selection to secure approvals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Coordinate with technical draftspeople, execution teams, and vendors to maintain concept fidelity during implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint.
- Core Competencies: Mastery of commercial space planning, color psychology, commercial finishes, and executive-level client handling.
- Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or B.Arch with 10+ years of experience in corporate office projects.
- Portfolio: Documented proof of high-end 3D visual renders, mood boards, and concept presentations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
