About the Role
Kohinoor Techno Business Solution LLP is seeking detail-oriented and experienced US Accountants to manage accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to independently handle client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting for US clients including AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using US accounting standards
- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Coordinate with US clients via email and calls for clarifications and updates
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Work with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or other US accounting software
- Valuable in P&L; and reading balance sheets.
- Individual Taxation and Business Taxation Knowledge is prefered.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in US Accounting / Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software in QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work onsite in Lower Parel, Mumbai
- Willingness to work in US shifts (1 PM 10 PM & 7 PM 4 AM IST)
